archi1011-2011

This work was created in last year for foundation design project, which depicts the movement of curved shaped papers and strong focal point of rotating, overlapping triangles. I was aim to creat the organization that viewers could not easily find the actual endpoint of the whole work, the movement will draw viewers eye along the shape till the focal point hidden.
I would be nervous about how to construct the 3D mould for architecture if i have not done any design work before, even the first step will seem to be harder for me, such as drawing down my idea and control it.

The museum designed by Zaha Hadid is not only the museum to display something interesting but is part of the display. She uses white and black colors to illustrate the twisting structure which visitors can barely tell the layout. Specifically, the artificial lights distinguish the constract of different colors, somehow creat the more clear spatial construction.

This is the photo I took at the ShangHai Expo, which is known as the axe of the Expo park. Repetition of the canvas remains the theme in organized. Different color of lights keep changing also lead to a variety of the fixed construction. The axe seems more beautiful with the moon at night, because of the dark sky will  make the colorful structure stands out.
