Conceptually,the bridge below represents fire which is a strong contrast with snowy environment. While the outside world is covered by heavy snow showing hopelessness, the bridge with strongly curvy movement brings the power of vitality, which could be seen from Lady Gaga and Jonathan Ive that they all play vital role in different field.

And the office of Lay Gaga is in the central flame which illustrates that she is a currently popular celebrity. As the matter of fact, she always shows up in unexpected style, it could be safe to say that she tends ot draw public's eyes. Thus, the upper space of the ball structurual building is made of glass, it weakens the boundary between outside world and interial space. In this case, Gaga can get as much as idea as possible in the open space. Meacnwhile, the downstair space can keep Gaga's private life from public.
